Our client is a leading telecommunication listed company in Hong Kong. With 30 years experience, they provided premier fixed-line, broadband and mobile communication services in Hong Kong and international telecom network covers more than 3,000 cities and 140 countries. They are currently searching for a customer service executive to support their account service management and ensure a smooth customer service operation.
With such opportunities, you will be able to expand your role to support learning & development through daily operation and equip yourself with relevant and practical knowledge and skillset for future development.
Main Responsibilities
To be successful in role, you will need to:
  • Provide support to L&D manager
  • Perform diversified admin duties on course scheduling including classroom arrangement and result processing
  • Assist in the execution of designing effective training and development programs that sets employees up for success
  • Prepare documents and PPT presentation for training
  • Manage the training programme logistics from course enrolment to evaluation record
  • Coordinate with internal departments for course arrangement
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments when necessary


Requirements
  • Diploma or above
  • Relevant working experience in Telecom company is a MUST
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
