Our client is a widely recognisable luxury name that offers full category including but not limited to leather goods, accessories, watches and fine jewellery. In order to sustain the valuable and growing business, they are currently looking for a Retail Coach to be based in one of their flagship stores and drive the team and boutique to next level - as all eyes are on this boutique! ...

about the team.
Reporting to the Retail Head, you will be based in its flagship store as this allows you to understand the strengths and areas of development of the retail team. You will then work alongside with Boutique Manager to design suitable training module and host training sessions for the team. As this is a store-based position, you will be working on roster-basis.
You will have a 5-day work week including competitive leaves and other compensations.

Create and implement training programs for retail employees for the purpose of effective selling and customer service
Conduct training sessions with new joiners and existing employees, using various training methods to engage employees, including hands on and interactive activities
Learn store operations in order to design relevant, effective training and orientation program for employees
Evaluate existing training materials, determine what changes need to be made to keep these materials relevant and updated
Collaborate with store leaders to get feedback from customers and staff in order to design more effective materials

skills & experiences required.

Degree or above is preferred
5+ years of luxury retail experience particularly in store operations and/or retail coaching
Strong customer service mindset
Great communication skills with proficient language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Analytical and independent
Confident with public speaking
A team player
