Looking for a high calibre to join a western corporate bank under their operations team. This is a new headcount due to business need. This candidate will be responsible for handling OTC Trade Reports and ensure efficient operational support in the firm. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in banking operations and have solid experience in trade reporting.

Handle trade reports for different APAC regions and monthly reports to regulators
Ensure operational efficiency in the business, provide support while maintain compliance standard and internal control
Develop reconciliation processes to ensure reporting aligns with source systems
Work with regional regulators and compliance units on trade reporting inquiries
Act as a point of escalation and provide timely resolution to complex issues regarding trades
Monitor interface between the Front office and Middle office systems for trade breaks

skills & experiences required

Bachelor's degree in any disciplines
7 years of experience in trade operations and trade reporting
Fluency in English is a must
Good knowledge in OTC products and Regulatory Trade Reporting (HKMA and MAS)
Works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
