job description

As a trade processing analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Confirmation processing of capital markets transactions covering APAC branches.
  • Handle confirmation matching and timely chasing with counter parties.
  • Monitoring of incoming confirmations not recognised internally by the Front Office.
  • Preparation of manual confirmation and manually adjust system generated confirmation when needed, creation of a template submitted for validation by the Legal Department.
  • Engages in direct customer contact to ensure quality and timely services in confirmation processing and inquiries.
  • Provide management with information on unusual confirmation matters.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in FXMM and Derivatives trade processing and confirmation matching
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience in SWIFT and related operations
  • Knowledge in using VBA would be a plus
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
