job description

Our client is one of the largest multinational banking groups in the world. They are looking for talented person to join the operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
  • Prepares reports, presentations, documents, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
  • Assists on office equipment procurement and maintenance
  • Monitors office operations
  • Schedules appointments and meetings for department managers
  • Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
  • Assist on arranging staff training and events
  • Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
  • Assists in the preparation of department KPI, record and reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Maintains staff confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Immediately available is preferable
