You will monitor and build relationships with retailers in your assigned key accounts, conduct market analysis, strategic planning and execution, as well as acting as a brand advocate to ensure marketing and brand guidelines are met. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be working closely with other divisions internally, key account, finance, merchandising, etc.

Develop and implement trade marketing programs and sales support programs
Lead channel category fundamentals – Product Ranging, Pricing, Merchandising and Promotions activities across channels
Collaborate with Key Account teams in development of sales strategies and business plans to optimize sales capacity and effectiveness
Manage the A&P budget and evaluate promotions effectiveness and in charge of analysis and reports to draw trade strategies accordingly
Formulate trade promotion strategy and programs for key customers
Plan, manage and monitor the efficient utilization of trade spend budgets across channels and product categories. Monitor and update trade spend accrued expenses

skills & experiences required.

A minimum of 5 years of proven track record within FMCG and trade marketing
Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related subject
Fast-paced, ambitious with strong negotiation & communications skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
