- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our loan products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities, assessing clients' needs and matching them with appropriate loan solutions
- Present loan options, explain terms, interest rates, and repayment plans to clients, ensuring a clear understanding
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team's success
- Document and update client information accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processes and provide feedback on market trends and client preferences

- Proven experience in telesales or loan sales, preferably in a financial institution
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of loan products, lending processes, and financial regulations
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation
