- Providing VIP end-user desk side and remote technical support
- Daily support operations such as health checks, production incident investigations, business service request and root cause analysis
- Troubleshooting and office networking maintenance of network issues
- Applications, software and hardware support within the corporate platforms and environments
- Local vendor relationship management
skills & experiences required.
- 2+ years of professional tech support experience
- Experience providing VIP support
- Knowledgable of networking principles and operating systems
- Well-experience but not limited to Windows 10, MS365, Intune,iOS and etc.
- Strong hands-on problem solving and troubelshooting abilities
- Good communication in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
