Randstad is currently working with a fast-growing business who are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their company.

- Serve as one of the first points of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance around software and hardware through remote support or on-site support
- Participate in software and hardware installation and upgrade for the end-users
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Collaborate with other teammates in the IT department and responsible for the IT operations and support of projects such as handling incidents or service requests promptly
skills & experiences required.
- Associate Degree/Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in similar functions/roles such as technical support/service desk etc.
- Strong experience in software/hardware installation, upgrade, troubleshooting, and inventory management
- Knowledge of Windows OS, hardware (desktops/laptops/printers/tablets, etc.), and network (WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Excellent communication skills and manner
- Proficient in spoken Cantonese is a must; excellent English speaking is a plus
