About the Company

With over 50 years of history in Hong Kong, our client is a well-established institution with long standing business and operation. To cope with the business needs, they are now looking for a Technical Services Manager to oversee their maintenance and facility management team.

About the Role

• Responsible for day-to-day maintenance, preventive maintenance works as well as CAPEX projects (A&A, fitting out works) for group’s portfolios, mainly residential portfolios
• Closely liaise with operation teams to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
• Implement and execute maintenance strategies and policies to comply with group’s policy and quality standard
• Engage and supervise external consultants and contractors to ensure the works are up to quality, cost and program
• Prepare annual budget for routine O&M works and ad-hoc projects (minor works, A&A, expansion, redevelopment)

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in building services/ electrical/ mechanical engineering/ building surveying or equivalent
• MHKIE/ MCIBSE/ CEng/ MHKIS/ MRICS holder would be a plus
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in property management/ facilities management with at least 3 years at supervisory level
• Track record in managing residential properties
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
