    About the Company

    Our client company is a leading organization with a reputable name in the market. They own and operate world-class facilities in Hong Kong. Currently, with continuous growth in the HK project team, they are looking to identify a Technical Manager to join their Management Office team to stronger the team.


    About the Role

    You will be working with the Senior Manager of the Facilities Management team and need to run multiple repairs and maintenance / A&A, fit-out, conversion projects in Hong Kong. You will be managing a full-cycle project, from inception to handover. You will also manage tenders & contracts preparation, cost estimations and ensure the projects are delivered on time, cost and quality.


    About the Requirement

    • 10 - 12 years of experiences in facilities management experiences within client-side/ consultant/ contractor
    • Experience in commercial project reference would be an advantage
    • MHKIE; MCIBSE, MIET or equivalent will be an advantage
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
    • Degree holder in building services, mechanical, electrical engineering
    • Good command of Putonghua and English
