Randstad is working with one of the well-known banking businesses who is currently looking for a Manager/Technical Lead specializing in mobile application development. The right candidate will be responsible for leading one of the teams for developing the projects of payment solutions.

Work closely with CTO and other Team Leads and participate in architecture design, component design, implementation planning for the mobile applications which supporting the payment services
Involve in managing the entire SDLC, including hands-on development, testing, code reviews and product release
Research and apply new technologies such as development tools or software development methodologies based on industry best practices to meet customers' needs and expectations
Collaborate with the business stakeholders and other development teams and provide workable solutions for upcoming new projects
Set coding standard and software framework to improve team productivity
Provide mentoring and coaching to the development team

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience especially mobile application development with banking/financial services/fintech background or project experience is preferrred; and 2+ years of experience in leading/mentoring a development team
Solid experience in native mobile application development and deployment for both iOS and Android platform with Swift/Kotlin; prior experience in hybrid application development with React Native/Flutter is a plus
Prior experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline within the DevOps team and ensuring service resilience, sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the solutions delivered
Good understanding in TDD/BDD practice and functional programming
Experienced working in Agile/Scrum environment
Proficient in spoken and written both Chinese and English is a must
