    My clients are well-known MNCs, they're looking for Tech Support Analyst to join their HK office. You'll be joining a firm with a western and flexible culture.



    about the job.
    • Provide IT support services to end-users in a timely manner. Receive requests via ticketing systems, phone calls, or emails.
    • Resolve IT incidents by identifying the problem, designing a solution, and executing the plan.
    • Keep the company's IT inventory up-to-date. Liaise with external vendors for new device ordering and legacy devices disposals.
    • Assist in updating the IT policies and preparing SOP.
    • Provide basic IT training to end-users. Prepare guidance when there're new tech roll-outs.


    skills & experiences required.
    • 2 years of experience in providing IT support to end-users.
    • Familiar with Windows OS, Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft O365.
    • Experienced in network configuration will be a plus, e.g., routers and switches, firewall, vpn, LAN/WAN, etc.
    • Hands-on experience in VMWare and vSphere.
    • Good command in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
