Our client is one of the leading and world-reowned integrated sports and leisure communities in Hong Kong, which offers bespoke expert-led training programmes of golf & tennis. They are also privileged to offer accommodation, dining, sports and recreation services to their customers. The business operations are led by a team of young, energetic & international hospitality professionals and sports enthusiasts. To support their dynamic business development, we are actively seeking for a high-calibre to join as a Team Assistant and to provide a wide range of administrative support for the F&B operations.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the F&B operations team
  • Manage executives’ calendars and all business correspondence, including calls & email
  • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for business matters
  • Prepare variety of reports, documents and presentation materials
  • Perform ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the manager, i.e. market research

Skills and experience required

  • Diploma or above qualification
  • Relevant experience in administrative field
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • Previous experience working in hotel and hospitality industry would be advantageous
  • Immediate availability is highly appreciated
  • Office located at Sai Kung - with shuttle bus service provided at Tiu Keng Leng MTR station
