• Coordinate and manage commercial banking accounts and manage a team of relationship manager;
• Drive the growth of Commercial Banking business by designing products portfolio and business setup;
• Participate in strategic business plans by expanding product arrays, evaluating potential risks and opportunities in the financial market;
• Evaluate the efficiency of existing operational model, provide commentaries to enhance work-flow;
• Ensure product governance comply with all banking regulations in regulators standards.
skills & experiences required.
You will have 8+ years of experience in commercial banking, with strong knowledge in trade finance. You will also be familiar with business strategy research, market analysis. You will be a team player in achieving team targets and also detail minded in conducting in-depth financial and credit assessment within credit policy and parameters of the bank. Candidates with previous people management experience would be beneficial. Due to the targeted client segment, you will be required to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English on a daily basis.
