  • Our client is a Fortune 500 MNC with a growing office in Hong Kong. Their buying team is currently looking for an Assistant to help with the team support

about the job.

  • Work closely with the buying team in Hong Kong and support daily operations
  • Check the details on order and confirm order placement
  • Order follow up and support administrative tasks
  • Manage timeline and make sure production & shipment are scheduled within the required time frame
  • Provide administrative/clerical support when necessary
skills & experiences required.
  • 1 year of working experience, preferably in sourcing/ retail industry
  • Able to work in an international team
  • Good command of English
  • Attentive to details, organized and good team player
  • Good with routine/repetitive tasks
