Currently, they are looking for a proactive and dedicated Team Assistant to provide full range of administrative and secretarial support to their Business Development Team.

Job Descriptions

As a Team Assistant, you will directly report to the Managing Director of APAC Client Group, and be responsible for:

50% Executive support

  • Manage calendars and travel arrangements
  • Arrange meetings with APAC and overseas office
  • Prepare meeting agenda, minutes and documents

50% Team support

  • Perform daily administrative support to the the BD team
  • Prepare various of business reports, analysis and powerpoint presentations
  • Handle expense claims and invoices through internal system
  • Maintain filing systems and perform other ad-hoc assistance assigned



Skills and experiences required

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, include MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and flexibility at work
