- Proactive diary management, arranging meetings with internal staff/contacts, external third-party contacts and clients
- Provide a range of executive support, including organising and preparing meeting documentation and meeting notes/action trackers if required.
- Coordination of team meetings including room bookings/video conference requirements
- Assist in ad hoc duties
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder
- 2-5 years of relevant experiences
- Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC Skills, MS Office and word processing
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
