About the Company

We are currently representing a global consultancy specializing in technical services and T&C management. Business is rapidly expanding and with multiple project exposure such as data center, commercial, infrastructure, etc. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a T&C manager to join and grow with them.

About the Role

Your experience in T&C stage will help you succeed in the role. You will be responsible for project management in areas related to T&C, including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling project progress, preparing technical reports, on site supervision, managing internal engineers and external contractors and clients.

About the Requirement

• Minimum 10 years of experiences in project management especially in T&C stage
• Degree holder in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent
• Experience in data center project is highly desirable
• Strategic, strong team leadership skills
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered Senior T&C Engineer
