My client is a listed MNC manufacturing and trading company operating worldwide. They are currently look for a Tax & Financial Governance Manager to join their HK office and oversee taxation activities in APAC regions.

• Responsible for all the tax advisory and tax related matters to ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements for HK, and Southeast Asia
• Calculate corporate income tax
• Handle and answer queries from the tax authority
• Evaluate the deferred tax income and expenses
• Collaborate with external and internal tax consultants for tax computation and returns
• Manage financial data (accrual, corporate credit card, cost centre creation) for all departments
• Support the improvement of business performance and cost effectiveness

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or any related disciplines
• Qualified accountant or certified tax adviser
• Minimum of 4 years of solid tax related working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, proactive and great interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
