    As a Talent Advisor at Randstad Hong Kong, you learn recruitment by getting industry leading training and coaching, in addition to all the tools that are at your disposal to be the most effective in your role.

    • Responsible for candidate delivery, from generating CV's to initial screening
    • Develop and build a solid up-to-date candidate database
    • Team support ensure team work efficiency
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
    • Market mapping, understanding and becoming an industry expert within line of service


    skills & experiences required.
    • University degree or related education discipline
    • Ambitious, confident and results driven
    • Experience in sales/ client servicing/customer service work experience is an advantage
    • Strong communication skills with solid business development acumen is essential
    • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
    • Flexible and positive work attitude is a must
    • Fluency in English, and one other language is an advantage
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
