about the job.- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
skills & experiences required.- At least 2 years recruiting experience with 2 years of finance skills/corporate strategy function hiring
- Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong decision-making skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office
