    My client is a IT solutions company with a company size of over 1,000 headcount. They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager / Lead to join their team.

    Reporting to the HR Head and leading 5-6 subordinates.

    • Lead a team of recruiters to successfully deliver a high quality experienced hire recruiting program
    • Implement innovation and resourceful talent acquisition strategies and build talent pipeline for future organization growth
    • Responsible for overall strategies of employer branding and deliver a great candidate experience
    • Drive talent and business outcomes as a manpower and organisation structure advisor to the company
    • Track and manage all talent acquisition related data analytics in order to provide insight which channels were working most effectively
    • Proactively headhunt passive job-seekers to compliment active job applicants
    • Develop a good relationship within assigned business groups to ensure employment needs are addressed in a timely fashion
    • Carry out salary negotiation and oversight of contractual and administrative components involved in full life-cycle recruiting
    • Support in any HR projects as assigned by senior management

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition working experience within sizable platform focusing in Information Technology or Technical positions preferred and at least 4 years of management experience
    • A track record of successful cases in recruiting all levels of talent and helping the business grow using various sourcing methods, industries related to Information Technology & Technical
    • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
    • Cheerful, energetic, adaptable, a great team player and good leadership skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, social media and networking
    • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
