- Execute end-to-end recruitment activity and support HR department in talent acquisition
- Responsible for talent acquisition metrics including quality of hire and sourcing channel efficiency
- Develop a recruitment process to improve candidate experience
- Responsible for employer branding with both online and offline channels
- Manage and update the recruitment report to internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of solid experience in recruitment
- Proficient in the use of social media and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
- High flexibility to work under pressure and under a busy environment
- Experience in employer branding is a plus
