    My client is a sizable healthcare company with frontline operations and corporate functions. They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to join their team.

    Report to C level and lead a team.

    • Responsible for recruitment function for local and other regions; hiring for corporate functions and operations hires
    • Work closely with CEO, business stakeholders to understand global and local business objectives, strategic goals and challenges in order to develop long-term and short-term talent acquisition and management strategies
    • Lead, coach, advice junior staff in both local and global regions for recruitment function
    • Handle end to end recruitment process for senior hires for all regions, and using different sourcing channels including headhunt approach
    • Drive projects and other recruitment assignments to meet schedule, budgets and deliverables
    • Communicate with HR team for the budgeting plans, provide recommendations and action plans for variance from budgets
    • Measure and monitor key recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
    • Actively build talent pipeline for key / critical positions and succession plan
    • Support in any ad hoc projects as required

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience in fast paced industries such as hospitality, retail, food & beverage preferred, with regional and management experience, also open for candidates that worked in recruitment agencies
    • Fast paced, hands on, strong leadership skills and good communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and other HR systems
    • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
