Performing root cause analysis and monitor requests closure in JIRAs

Exposure and following the standard ISO27001 policy

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 3 years of working experience with any related IT bachelor degree or equivalent
Experience on Java, hibernate, Spring boot, Micro-service architecture, JIRA, IBM MQ series and/or Active MQ
Sound knowledge on Oracle DB, Linux, GIT, Jenkins, Maven and/or Eclipse
Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
A team player who has a strong analytically skills and can work independently at the same time
