job description

about the client

Our client is a leading securities and asset management company with strong presence across the globe. Currently, they are hiring a new talent to handle various system projects under their Finance Department.
about the team

You will work closely with a team of 3-4, collaborative and diligent corporate culture.
about the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will:
  • Be a core member of the System Finance team driving various robotic process automation (RPA) projects under the Finance Department
  • Participate in end-to-end initiatives including users requirements collection, UAT, system go-live and post-implementation maintenance
  • Perform data analysis, support and resolve deficiencies raised by users
  • Be responsible for system implementation and process improvement based Oracle and SAP framework
  • Apply your project management and coordination skills, liaise closely with the Finance Team Heads and IT Departments ensuring efficient enhancement of reporting system
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required
skills and experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in system finance, project management, automation process enhancement or business analytics
  • Good understanding in financial accounting, reporting and operations of the Finance Department
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholders management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, strong project coordinator
  • Prior experience in ERP system (SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred
  • Proficient user in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
