- Act as a subject matter expert and Level 3 engineer to solve various IT infrastructure problems
- Offer technical guidance to team members and technical support to clients
- Serve as an escalation point for other team members on IT infrastructure issues
- Proactively monitor client infrastructures and take preventive measures to prevent problems and issues
- Collaborate with the helpdesk team leader to ensure top-level service is provided to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide infrastructure advice to both internal and external clients on improving system efficacy, stability, performance, and security
- Collaboration with other team members to design and implement technology solutions and projects
- Maintain client's IT Infrastructure updated records
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and management
- Proven technical knowledge and expertise in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and escalation skills
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients
