about the company.

Our Client is an American investment bank.

about the team.You will manage a team of 9 system engineers and work closely with the regional team for performance testing for multiple applications. about the job.
  • Responsible for end to end performance testing for investment banking multiple applications
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to understand the test requirements and provide solution
  • Prepare and review the test script and use case with the users
  • Lead an off-shored team with more than 9 system engineers and work with 3rd parties
  • Manage and record the timeline, status and resource usage in the whole testing project
  • Analyze test data from sources like PC/Splunk/Perfmon/AppDynamics/Dynatrace
  • Ensure the progress in multiple test environments
  • Conduct debugging and supports if there are relevant issues
  • Prepare the relevant documentations, including testing report, proposal and recommendations
skills & experiences required.
  • University Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or relevant discipline
  • 5+ years relevant performance testing experience in banking or Financial Services
  • Familiar with JAVA/ Python
  • Experience in using Splunk, AppDynamics, Perfmon and Dyna trace
  • Knowledge in HP Performance Center, LoadRunner scripting
