- Review current mobile features and backend workflows to uncover gaps and define improvement opportunities.
- Oversee the lifecycle of technology initiatives — from scoping and planning to delivery and follow-through.
- Convert business goals into workable technical directions while ensuring solutions remain aligned with user expectations.
- Serve as a main contact for operational users, offering guidance and ensuring systems run reliably daily.
- Keep process notes and system references up to date to support internal knowledge flow.
- Support the evolution of the company’s retail tech landscape, including systems used across stores and customer-facing touchpoints.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-commerce or similar fields.
- At least 3 years of experience working on system, mobile or application projects within fast-paced environments; retail or store-related exposure is beneficial.
- Comfortable working with modern mobile frameworks (e.g., Flutter / React Native) and familiar with common backend languages, databases and cloud environments.
- Strong ability in handling data queries and cross-system connectivity; experience in working with external technology partners is preferred.
- Understanding of retail-oriented systems such as store operation tools, customer platforms, or ordering / kiosk solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese, plus the ability to break down complex issues logically.
- Organized, self-driven and able to juggle multiple tasks; background in F&B, digital agencies or tech solution providers is an advantage.
