Collaborate with business user or business analyst to perform requirement analysis
Prepare functional requirement specification to vendors or internal teams for implementation
Analyze, maintain and update existing systems
Perform and review coding and testing results

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder in Telecommunication, Business Analysis, Computer Science or related disciplines
2-4 years experiences in telecommunication or related industries
Hands on experience of Billing system, experience of CRM/ERP is a plus
Proficiency of Java/C++/JavaScript/SQL
Communication skill in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
