• Responsible for office-wide infrastructure maintenance, support, and monitoring. Including network equipment like routers and switches, Firewall, OS, Softwares, etc.
• Hands-on engaging in system maintenance, setup, configuration, patch updates, UAT, etc.
• Work with external vendors for network services, ensure information exchange is clear between parties.
• Keep the company's information security up to standards, as well as for other infrastructure inventory.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure quality infrastructure service delivery, including junior colleagues, end-users, vendors, management, etc.

• 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system monitoring, network setup and configuration, system implementation, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Windows OS, Servers, Active Directory, M365 including O365 and cloud, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Knowledge on MDM systems and conferencing softwares
• Experienced on network setup, firewall configuration and monitoring, VDI (VMWare), Storage (Veeam, SAN), anti-virus solutions, etc.
• Cloud exposure will be a plus
• Trilingual speaker (Cantonese, English, Mandarin)
