Provide daily business support to the global markets business, including PnL, KPI, MIS tracking and reporting, budgeting, etc.
Collaborate closely with the front office and product partner teams to formulate and execute business strategies as well as implementing new products and services
Deliver analysis, documenting and articulating problem statements, scope, business requirements and dependencies
Drive regional business initiatives to facilitate effective operations and settlement processing
Partner with risk and compliance functions to ensure the front to back business flow align with local and international regulatory requirements and framework
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
At least 12 years of relevant global markets working experience, preferably from a background of business management / COO Office with solid knowledge in operations or risk and control.
Product knowledge in Treasury, credit, rate, OTC derivatives
Exposure in international regulations including Dodd Frank, EMIR, MiFID, HKTR
Familiarity on settlement system including RTGS, SWIFT, CLS, etc is an advantage
Strong proficiency in spoken Mandarin and English is a prerequisite
