    about the job.
    As an Assistant Project Manager, you will
    -Lead Business Process improvement projects and system development projects from the planning stage to implementation stage
    -Manage success delivery of Supply Chain projects in accordance to budget and timeline
    -Work with stakeholders to identify needs and provide solutions to support company's growth
    -Support supply chain systems & processes with a proven background in project management & change management
    -Work on projects related to E2E supply chain process optimisation, digital transformation solutions or sustainability
    -Understand Global Logistics and Global Procurement population culture, learning needs, and future skills needs through survey, learning needs assessment, interviews, role analysis

    skills & experiences required.
    -Degree holder from a recognisable university
    -Min 5 years of experience in project leading, with experience from FMCG background is a must
    -Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational and financial needs, and develop creative and out-of-box solutions
    -Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimum supervision on multiple projects
    -Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build positive and collaborative relationships
