Our client is a listed electronics company with their footprints in Hong Kong, China and Singapore. They are currently hiring a Supply Chain Officer to join their team. The role will report to the Supply Chain Manager.
about the job.
As a Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for
-Performing order fulfilment and handle I/E documents
-Liaising with factories, customers and freight forwarders for order-to-cash process
-Generate reports to support smooth Supply Chain operations such as order management and on time delivery tracking
-Identify process bottleneck to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of supply chain operations
-Ensure that inventory records are updated electronically in an accurate and timely manner
-Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
-Diploma from logistics/supply chain or any relevant discipline
-Minimum 3 year of working experience in logistics/shipping/supply chain
-Candidates from the electronics industry are highly preferred
-Candidates with experience importing to China/issuing LC is a plus
-Fluent in English and Mandarin
-Flexible, logical thinking, hands-on
-Hands on excel
