As a Supply Chain Manager, you will
-Drive and manage 3PL to ensure high quality standard of HK warehouses & Distribution, including stock accuracy, packaging, infrastructure, and processes
-Implement and set up S&OP to facilitate the supply & demand planning flow
-Develop strategy to leverage the resource of 3PL for gaining maximum benefit in terms of service level, cost and quality for HK business units
-Analyze/challenge/confirm monthly sales forecast and drive for forecast accuracy from all business units
-Formulate supply plan and manage inventory level per targets and in right size
-Develop and maintain relationships with key customers/stakeholders and ensure a comprehensive understanding of their business needs
-Identify relevant Continuous Improvement opportunities based on performance monitoring, certification, auditing, supplier visits and other types of feedback
-Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics, or other related field preferred
-At least 7 years’ experience in supply chain with 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
-Prior experience in the electronics/consumer goods industry is highly preferred
-Experienced in project management/supplier management
-Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers
-Strong supervisory and leadership skills
-Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
