Our client is a medical company with a great reputation around the globe. They have been expanding rapidly in the past few years. Currently they are hiring a Supply Chain Manager in the team. This is a leadership position and a new headcount.
about the job.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will
-Drive and manage 3PL to ensure high quality standard of HK warehouses & Distribution, including stock accuracy, packaging, infrastructure, and processes
-Develop strategy to leverage the resource of 3PL for gaining maximum benefit in terms of service level, cost and quality for HK business units
-Analyze/challenge/confirm monthly sales forecast and drive for forecast accuracy from all business units
-Formulate supply plan and manage inventory level per targets and in right size
-Develop and maintain relationships with key customers/stakeholders and ensure a comprehensive understanding of their business needs
-Analyze capacity of 3PL for daily deliveries Lead the local team to ensure Import and Export compliance
-Work closely with quality or regulatory representatives to establish, maintain and improve Hong Kong Supply Chain related issues
-Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics, or other related field preferred
-At least 7 years’ experience in supply chain with 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
-Prior experience in the medical industry is highly preferred; candidates from 3PL serving medical clients will also be considered
-Experienced in project management/3PL management and supply chain management
-Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
