Our client is a well-known multi-industry company with their data centre being set up in Hong Kong recently. Currently they are looking to hire a Strategic Planning & Risk Manager. The role will enable you to work with senior executives in the team and offer high potential of career progression. This is a new headcount.

about the job.
As a Strategic Planning & Risk Manager, you will be responsible for
- Support the Group’s strategic and business and customer analytics exercises by preparing and reviewing the annual budget, forecast and action plans in accordance to the management aspirations and Group’s need
-Monitor and report BU’s performance in terms of revenue, expenses, key value drivers”
-Track performance against budget, KPI and highlighting any issues and variances
-Perform financial and business performance analytics and analysis in support of business activities and strategic planning, carry out monthly rolling forecast and highlight exceptions or key issues or potential shifts to management
-Work closely with other departments on quarterly forecast updates, and present results to the Management
-To be the role of Risk Manager to identify and monitor key business risks and work with the line to proactively recommend mitigation plan
-Design and implement an overall risk management process for the organisation, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur
-Prepare the necessary management reports

skills & experiences required.
-Holder of Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Supply Chain or relevant discipline
-Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a business planning position, preferably from data center background
-Self-starter, capable of prioritizing, managing, and delivering multiple concurrent projects with little guidance
-Must be meticulous and have an analytical mind
-Must pay high attention to details
-Able to handle numerous time critical assignments simultaneously
-Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent written and verbal skills, confident in communicating with senior executives, ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders
-Good experience in creating reports and dashboards
