Our client, a global digital agency is looking for a passionate Strategic Planning Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be delivering world-class strategy to key clients, being responsible ultimately for delivering business value to clients through data-driven integrated communication and media strategy. As well, assess and interpret consumer behavior and its economic, technical and psychological context to drive insights. You will be working with Channel Planners and creative to define Channel Planning briefs to deliver a truly integrated and holistic strategy. In addition, you will need to be delivering work on an end-to-end basis managing expectations both internally and with clients to deliver integrated responses. Overall, you will need to apply your brand, market, consumer, data, media, and creative understanding to deliver business value and clear and concise communication framework.


  • 5+ years of relevant experience and great track record of building brands through a range of approaches, including advertising, social media, CRM, search, innovation and media and connections planning
  • The ability to demonstrate delivery of strategic solutions and bring those solutions to life
  • Ambitious, inspiring, driven individual who is also a team player
  • Strong understanding of the changing role of media in brand development
  • A business and brand thinker, who understands the relationship between media and business outcomes
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications both English and Chinese
