With its new project in HK and APAC, they would like to invite Interior Design talents to join their team as Store Planning Project Manager.

about the role

Reporting to the Director, you are expecting your major responsibilities to be the below:

  • You will be involving in managing new store opening, renovation, maintenance and consolidation interior design coordination, which includes project planning, cost control and onsite supervision to ensure the store renovation or development projects are delivered in a timely and quality manner
  • Coordinate with design consultancies for managing design delivery and relevant materials for store renovation and development projects
  • Ensure the store design aligns with the brand’s standards and requirements
  • Coordinate and work closely with relevant stakeholders, such as end users, internal teams, consultancies and contractors

Requirements & qualifications

  • Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
  • Knowledge in design, architecture or engineering specifications for stores is a great advantage
  • Around 12-20 years of experience involving in retail store interior design project management; Experience in high-end retail brands, shopping mall, department stores or equivalent will be considered
  • In house experience in retail brands or developers would be a great advantage
  • Experience handling landlord design vetting and review is preferred
  • Leadership experience of a team of design staff is highly preferred
  • Detail-minded as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills and with high level of aesthetic flair
  • Independent, strong planning and management skills with excellent problem solving skills
  • Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English is a must
