I am representing a reputable designer brand to call for an architectural/interior design project management talent to join the team as a Store Planning Project Manager. The brand is reputed for its quality and timeless design as well as its energetic and stable culture. about the role

Reporting to the Director, you are expecting your major responsibilities to be the below:

  • Involve in managing architectural and interior design coordination, project planning, cost control and onsite supervision to ensure the store renovation or development projects are delivered in a timely and quality manner at a regional perspective
  • Update designs documentation and relevant materials for store renovation and development projects according to the design drawings provided by the headquarters to match local landlord requirements and demographics in local market
  • Ensure the store design aligns with the brand’s standards and requirements
  • Coordinate and work closely with relevant stakeholders, such as end users, landlords, internal teams, consultancies and contractors

Requirements & qualifications

  • Degree holder in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management or equivalent
  • Around 8-15 years of experience involving in interior design project management; Experience in luxury retail (jewellery, fashion, accessories, etc.) projects is a must
  • In house experience working in client side (i.e. retail brands) is essential
  • Detail-minded as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills and with high level of aesthetic flair
  • Independent, strong planning and management skills with excellent problem solving skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must, professional work proficiency Mandarin is also necessary; fluency in Cantonese is preferred
  • Flexible for frequent travel when the COVID-19 pandemic settles
