The client company is a corporate renowned in Hong Kong and APAC for its stable and inclusive culture. It operates various businesses in HK and multiple regions in China and with strong determination to maintain its leading position in the industry. With ongoing project pipeline, the company is calling for an interior design talent to join the team as Project Executive based in HK.

about the role

Directly reporting to the team leader, you can expect your major responsibilities to be below:

  • Involve in managing the full cycle of various commercial A&A and fitting out projects, from design management to project completion
  • You will play an important role to manage the design, progress, workmanship and the cost as well as preparing relevant tender and contractual documents
  • Ensure the renovation and A&A projects align with the internal design standard
  • Provide technical advice on design drawings and onsite matters for the construction projects
  • Negotiate with and manage internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to government authorities, consultancies, contractors, top management, design teammates

about the requirement

  • Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or relevant disciplines
  • Above 4-10 years of experiences in interior design or project management within retail brands/developers/design consultancies/fitting out contractors
  • Exposure in commercial projects is a must, e.g. office/shopping mall/hotel
  • Solid full cycle Hong Kong project experiences, preferably with track record in delivering fitting out/renovation / A&A projects for office, shopping mall or hotel will be advantageous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc. is necessary
