    Our client is a European luxury fashion house that offers men's and women's ready to wear, leather accessories and made-to-order. To cope with its local expansions, they are currently looking for a Stockroom Assistant to join and assist retail team to achieve desirable commercial goals.


    about the team.

    Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be based in the store and working shifts. You will work alongside other Stockroom Assistant to ensure the store's back of house is maintained up to standard and ready for sales to happen. You will work with retail sales team to ensure inventory level and customer experience. You will also be providing excellent customer service.


    about the job.
    • Ensure store's back of house is maintained up to company standard and ready to make sales
    • Work closely with Store Manager on inventory level and any merchandise issues
    • Perform regular cycle count, stock take and internal audit
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer experience
    • Close communications with other stores and warehouse team on inventory and stockroom matters
    skills & experiences required.
    • Secondary school or above
    • 1+ year of experience in retail store stockroom management, preferbaly in the retail industry
    • Fluent in Cantonese an English is prefered
    • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Organized and a team player
