- promoting and selling assigned anesthesia products to healthcare providers, effectively communicating the unique value propositions and benefits
- developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders to drive product adoption and increase market share
- identifying new business opportunities and strategically expanding the customer base to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective utilization of the infusion therapy products
- staying up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to proactively adjust sales strategies and ensure a competitive edge
- collaborating closely with internal teams, including marketing, clinical experts, and customer support, to develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
- actively participating in industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders
skills & experiences required.
- bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or any related discipline
- proven track record of sales achievements and a strong sales-driven mindset
- minimum of one year of experience as a medical device sales representative
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
- strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment
- self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
