    Senior Project Manager, Social Innovation | arts, culture, creative

    Our client is a renowned group with diverse portfolios of investment and projects across innovation, technology, retail, hospitality, energy, etc. With the vision and mission to strengthen the connection between the local arts and cultural communities and promote Hong Kong's own intellectual properties, the company is looking for a Senior Manager to develop strategic social innovation programmes.

    • Report to the Head of Corporate Communications
    • Join a resourceful team of 8-12
    • Lead and develop creative and innovative projects
    • Make a community-wide impact
    • Join a sizable and financially strong company

    about the job.

    • Set strategy, lead the development and oversee the execution of programmes and initiatives related to arts and culture (e.g. films, performing arts, heritage, etc.) to drive social impact and social innovation in Hong Kong
    • Manage social innovation projects and programmes in various formats (e.g. partnership, sponsorship, exhibitions, tours, events, performances, workshops, talks, etc.)
    • Develop partnerships and maintain the relationship with the key stakeholders (e.g. government departments, political parties, local practitioners, founders, academic partners, education institutions, NGOs, etc.) across different fields for influential and impactful deliverables
    • Identify potential projects and products for the development of Hong Kong-owned intellectual properties
    • Keep abreast of local, regional and global social impact and innovation ecosystem insights and trends
    • Develop metrics for measuring the success of social impact and innovation efforts

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Arts or any related discipline
    • 10+ years of experience in the arts and cultural industry
    • Solid understanding of the local, regional and international social innovation trends development
    • Being resourceful and well-connected within the arts and cultural field
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
