Our client is a renowned Insurance Firm, with major presence here in Hong Kong and across the region. With their plan to expand in the upcoming years, this will be one of their busiest years yet.
about the job.
  • Provide HR services and support on manpower planning, recruitment, talent management and staff relations
  • Lead the team to maintain the highest standard of recruitment services for internal and external parties
  • Support end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offer stage
  • Plan and coordinate Management Trainee recruitment exercise and participate in campus recruitment and activities
  • Design and implement talent management programs such as career and leadership development, succession planning, performance management and organisational development planning
skills & experiences required.
  • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience from a sizeable company, preferably coming from Insurance
  • Self-motivated with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Great communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
