    Our client is a U.S leading off-price retailer with more than 4700 stores around the world. .The brand is famous for selling high quality products with low prices. They are currently looking for a sourcing specialist to join their team.

    As a Sourcing Specialist, you are responsible for

    • Understands and connects sourcing strategies with buying vision and strategy, and reacts to market changes.
    • Source vendors and products based on the buying team's goals and requirements.
    • Research new opportunities based on market trends.
    • Liaise with relevant parties to ensure the schedules are on track .
    • Work with buyers to negotiate the best price for an item.
    • Resolve any production quality issues by working alongside the manufacturing facilities.
    • Assist the Sourcing Manager in meeting the company's target.
    skills & experiences required.

    To be successful at this position, you need

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in seasonal/household/lighting product, buying office prefered
    • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented is a must.
    • A team player with a positive attitude to achieve company targets and objectives.
    • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
