As a Sourcing Director, you will be responsible for
- Managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key EU market accounts.
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies according to client requirements.
- Leading product sourcing initiatives across APAC, focusing on home improvement products and DIY tools.
- Negotiating with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
- Monitoring market trends and adjusting sourcing strategies accordingly.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior sourcing role, preferably in the hardware industry.
- Strong understanding of the APAC market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; fluent in German or Dutch is an advantage.
