Participate in both solution architecture and technical consulting of application development projects from the government/public sector
Lead and design the technical solution architecture for customized projects using the latest technologies
Conduct research and exploration of suitable architectures and technologies to create an optimized solution suitable for implementation
Create technology roadmaps & develop work instructions, white papers, and case studies, etc.
Represent the team to join meetings and conference calls to collaborate & build relationships with the client's key stakeholders to understand their needs and how best to deliver innovative solutions to meet and exceed expectations with the development and project team
Analyze and measure current processes and practices and suggest/drive improvements to time to market/quality/cost/schedule/resources etc.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or relevant discipline
10+ years of experience in the IT sector combined with solution architecture, infrastructure, and IT consulting/pre-sales and project implementation, etc.; prior experience/track record of the project for government/public sector is a must
Strong experience in solution architecture design and activities review
Solid experience in creating technology roadmaps and writing white-papers and blue-prints based on the business requirements
Knowledge of various programming languages, tools, and latest technologies such as Java, JavaScript, RESTful API, Jira, etc.
Good presentation skills and ability to conduct presentations with both internal and external stakeholders
Prior project experience in the government/public sector would be advantageous but not a must
Proficient in spoken and written both Chinese and English
PMP/CSM/PRINCE 2 certification is a plus
