about the company.

My client is a Start-up Asset Management firm, who is looking to hire a Sole Legal Counsel to support their expanding business about the team. Reporting to COO, you will join to support a broad range of legal matters about the job.
  • You will draft, review and negotiate on a board range of legal document relating to the business and investments
  • You will advice on legal and regulatory issues relating to the business activities
  • You will organize and draft board papers, as well as to assist with the organization of board meetings
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects from time to time
skills & experiences required.
  • You need to be 4-5 PQE trained and practised with a large multinational law firm
  • You need to have good drafting and negotiating skills in both English and Chinese
  • Fund related experience is a plus not a must
  • Good understanding of the different cultural nuances across Asia
